As director of the Female Head of Household Foundation —FUNDAJEFEHOGAR—, it is a source of pride to share our active participation in Red Salvavidas, a collaborative ecosystem driven by Compromiso Valle that is transforming Buenaventura.

My commitment to this work has led us to a higher level. Thanks to this partnership, I completed the Diploma in Strategic Governance with the Vallecaucana Action Unit, a training program that has been fundamental in strengthening our institutional structure and leading with technical and strategic tools.

Achievements attained through the Lifesaver Network

Through this space and our monthly meetings, we have achieved:

• Strategic Visibility: Connecting with business leaders and partners in Cali to project the impact of our foundation.
• Organizational Strengthening: Receiving guidance and training that allows us to scale our programs.
• Collective Action: Joining forces with other leaders who share our vision of a just territory.

Last 14th, we experienced a massive gathering that reaffirmed that change is possible when we work together.
